Join us in class to learn about everything knives! We will cover knife construction, knife varieties, how to choose the right knife for you, classic knife cuts, and essential everyday cuts. Your work in class will become a meal kit to take home and use with Hill's Kitchen curry paste and recipe to make dinner with for yourself and loved ones!
