Join us on August 24th for a Kalua-style pig roast at The Roost! Chef Nathan Anda will be on-site roasting four bone-in, skin-on pork shoulders outside on the patio. We’ll be incorporating this sumptuous meat into a variety of kalua-style food specials for the day, all of which perfectly complement our Tiki menu at Show of Hands!
