Tiffany Lightfoot is the Cakeologist for Cake Theory and has taken a hobby and evolved it into a business of detail and love creating masterpieces for all occasions.
The bakery officially opened on May 2.
La Collina - 731 C St SE
La Collina draws inspiration from classic Italian osterias and the simplicity of their cuisine.
It is a place for families and friends to gather and connect with each other over a generous bowl of pasta and a full glass of wine. The simple menu is filled with Italian-inspired favorites, classic and comforting in all of the right ways.
The restaurant will officially open on Friday, June 18!
Caruso's Grocery - 1401 Pennsylvania Ave SE
The Roost's standalone restaurant – Caruso's Grocery – is modeled after the classic Italian-American 'red sauce' joint. You know the one: red banquettes, a killer Chicken Parm, Sinatra pouring through the speakers. Menu items include Chicken Parmesan, Penne alla Vodka, Mozzarella en Corozza, Sole Francaise, Garlic Bread with Four Cheese Sauce, and more old school hits.
The restaurant officially opened on May 12.
