19th Annual Meeting Recap
Thank you to everyone who joined us for the virtual 19th Annual Membership Meeting yesterday!
The meeting began with inspiring remarks from the Board Chairman Don Denton about the dedication the BID has had to providing quality services for the past 19 years.
Councilmember Charles Allen spoke on the resilience of the neighborhood and Mayor Muriel Bowser sent a special video message.
BID Staff Patty Brosmer, McKenna Pugh, and Andrew Lee reflected on the successes of the past year and highlighted the continuous evolution of the neighborhood during the BID's nearly two decades of service.
All Board Members with expiring terms were officially re-elected to the board for additional 3-year terms.
