The United States Capitol Police Labor Committee has exclusive rights to negotiate with management on behalf of all sworn employees covered under our Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Our goal is to:

• Protect you rights through mediation, the grievance process and binding arbitration on work related matters.
• Improve working conditions to ensure you can do your job safely and effectively.
• Promote fair and equitable treatment in the workplace.
