Bistro Cacao has been serving modern French cuisine to DC customers at their original Capitol Hill location since 2009. The restaurant was opened by long-time friends Chef Kemal Deger and restaurateurs Yavuz and Harun Bolukbasi. Bistro Cacao quickly became a neighborhood go-to and was named as one of the most “Romantic Restaurants in DC.”
