Join Hill Center and The Chinese Street Market to learn how to make rose siu mai (rose dumplings). The class will teach you how to create these delicate, flower-like dumplings from scratch–a sure way to impress your next dinner party guests! Siu mai are open-faced dumplings, so each petal will open to reveal the chicken/mushroom or veggie/carrot filling inside. We promise that it’s not as difficult as it looks!
