District Flow Yoga and Barracks Row Main Street have partnered to offer FREE Outdoor Vinyasa at Eastern Market Metro Park!
Each class is 60 minutes in length and open to all levels of yoga experience. Please bring your own mat, towel and water as we will not have these items available at the park. Classes are on Saturdays at 10 am at Eastern Market Metro Park (next to the playground), but may be cancelled due to inclement weather or unsafe/wet ground conditions.
