Celebrate Founding Father Benjamin Franklin at the Library of Congress! Make your own simple electrical circuit and explore collections related to Franklin's many achievements as printer, businessman, diplomat and scientist. Talk to Library experts about collection items related to Franklin's life and work, and meet “Ben Franklin” himself. For kids 8 and up, try out the Library’s replica 18th century printing press--spaces are limited.
The program will be held on the mezzanine level of the Library’s Jefferson Building. The event is free, but tickets are required for the Jefferson Building.
