Kinfolk & Them, a collective from St. Louis, MO, represent the evolution of music. They are a creative collective consisting of poets, rappers, visual artists, and musicians who love to put on a show and keep the audience wanting more. This genre-bending group of musicians demonstrate their incredible range and abilities, performing soulful blues to energetic hip-hop and melodic folk, to jazz standard, alternative, soft rock, to afro beat, and pop. A collective of classically trained and self-taught multi-instrumentalists melding different techniques, genres, and histories together to create a spiritual force of music, while capturing the essence of their city’s diverse musical expressions as a collective.
