Ready, Willing & Working (RWW) empowers individuals to break the cycles of homelessness, welfare dependency and criminal recidivism through a paid-work rehabilitation program. RWW offers a holistic approach and supportive services that allow participants to achieve permanent self-sufficiency.
The 12th Annual Magic & Miracles gala to benefit Ready, Willing & Working will be taking place virtually on October 25th- October 27th, 2021. Over the three day event, we will be sharing a video presentation and hosting a fabulous silent auction. Although we wish to celebrate in person the online gala is a great opportunity for people all over the country to get together to support Ready, Willing and Working.

VERY EXCITING NEWS: This year’s gala we will celebrate the formation of Work Works America with Ready, Willing & Working as a founding member. The Work Works (WW) Affiliate Network includes established programs from NY, NJ, Atlanta, Colorado, and Washington DC with a plan to assist in the development of like programs across the country.
Ready, Willing & Working has grown from eight men in 2008 to over sixty “Men in Blue” currently earning a living wage and excellent benefits. The funds raised through Magic & Miracles provide the supportive services that are critical to life-long stability for our participants.
